4. Appointments and Payments

You can request or schedule appointments by phone, in person, or through any online booking options we make available. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can confirm and communicate about your appointment.​

For most in‑salon services, payment is due in person at the salon after the service is completed, unless we inform you otherwise at the time of booking.

Some services may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your booking. If a deposit or prepayment is required, the amount, timing, and applicable rules will be explained at the time of booking or in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Bridal Bookings and Deposits

Bridal and certain event services may be subject to special booking and payment terms. For bridal services:

  • A non‑refundable deposit of 50% of the total bridal service amount is required to secure your date and time.

  • If you cancel your bridal booking seven (7) days or less before the scheduled event date, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel more than seven (7) days before the scheduled event date, we will refund the 50% deposit in full.

Additional bridal terms (such as minimums, travel fees, or trials) may apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking or in separate bridal service documents or policies.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No‑Shows

Our detailed cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules are described in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking an appointment with RH Beauty Lounge, you agree to comply with that policy.

To respect the time of our team and other guests:

  • If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened or rescheduled, and applicable late or no‑show fees may apply under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • If you miss your appointment without proper notice, you may be charged a no‑show fee or forfeit any deposits paid.

7. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Packages

We may offer gift cards, special promotions, discounts, or service packages from time to time. Each promotion or offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates, eligible services, usage limits, and blackout dates.

If there is a conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these Terms, the specific promotional terms will control for that offer. Promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time unless prohibited by law.

8. Health, Allergies, and Service Suitability

You are responsible for informing your stylist or artist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or previous reactions that may affect your service. This includes, but is not limited to, skin allergies, hair or scalp conditions, and prior adverse reactions to hair color, makeup, or cosmetic procedures.

Some services may not be suitable for all clients. We reserve the right to decline, adjust, or modify a service if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you. Results may vary and cannot be guaranteed, even when following recommended aftercare.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on https://rhbeautylounge.com/, including text, logos, graphics, images, photos, icons, and overall design elements, is owned by RH Beauty Lounge or used with permission and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.​
